FACILITY FLOOR - A worker installs floor joists at a multi-service, child care building under construction in Bradford, Ont. Formwork for the 15,000-square-foot building is under way now. The $1.3-million facility will be used by 10 different groups for child-care purposes. General contractor Carosi Construction Ltd. started the two-storey project in October 1994 and will be finished in June.
